In
order to effectively handle general and mass tort litigation, the firm
has acquired innovative, state-of-the-art computer programs such as
Westlaw; Tabs III Accounting System; DANYL Expense Logging System;
Computer Litigation Support System with special Data Base; Case Master
III Data Base Program Manager for searching client and case information;
Paradox Data Base Management Program for complex plaintiff and case
organization and management; Discovery ZX Deposition Search and
Retrieval Program; and other programs to assist inlegal research. Our
office is equipped with complete DSL connection to the Internet for
24-hour access to complex legal issues, a Local Area Network using
Novell software serving 20 Compaq computers, automatic back-up
protection, laser printers, and electronic mail for instant
communications throughout the world. The communication systems include
six U.S.A., Hawaii, and Alaska incoming WATS lines, one Mississippi
incoming WATS line, as well as Nortel Norstar StarTalk Flash voice mail
system and fax machines.
The
firm has an extensive law library which includes more than 8,000
volumes. The firm also maintains a Total Client and Service Library (TCSL).
The TCSL, developed by several legal publishing companies, represents a
new and complete system of legal research that is specifically designed
to meet the needs of a modern lawyer. This research tool is aided by the
Westlaw System and Internet, which accesses by immediate retrieval
practically any legal research data needed in the representation of our
