The
firm has been most active in the representation of national
corporations in the mass tort field. The firm has represented
defendants from the inception of asbestos litigation in Mississippi.
Counsel, with the aid of innovative, state-of-the-art computerization

cases for some of the major defendants named in litigation. The firm
has managed litigation involving over 50,000 plaintiffs in more than
10,000 separate cases for a vast number of clients. Additionally, the
firm defends a number of additional clients in hearing loss, hand/arm
vibration syndrome, multiple chemical sensitivity, breast implant,
silica exposure, and other toxic tort litigation.

order to effectively handle mass tort litigation, the firm has
acquired innovative, state-of-the-art computer programs such as the
Computer Litigation Support System with special Data Base, Case Master
III Data Base Program Manager with Key Word Search for client and case
information, Paradox Data Base Management Program for complex
plaintiff and case organization and management, Discovery ZX
Deposition Search and Retrieval Program, and numerous CD-Rom Programs
to assist in legal research. Our office is equipped with a DSL
Internet connection for 24-hour access to complex legal issues, and a
Local Area Network using Novell software serving twenty-five Compaq
computers, automatic back-up protection, laser printers, and
electronic mail for instant communications throughout the world.
