A. Norris Hopkins, Jr. earned his Bachelor of Arts from the University of Mississippi in 1992 and went on to receive his Juris Doctor from Mississippi College School of Law in 1996.
He was admitted to the Mississippi Bar in 1998, and is also licensed to practice before the U.S. District Courts for the Northern and Southern Districts of Mississippi and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit.
